Please refer Scully page 149 n see if it helps. Guest guest Posted July 13, 2011 Report Share Posted July 13, 2011 If it is systemic fungal infection that could be a life threating condition.It has to be managed in hospital.I suppose They can think an alternative treatment (stop warfarin and use alternative during treatment of systemic infection).
