If it is systemic fungal infection that could be a life threating condition.It has to be managed in hospital.I suppose They can think an alternative treatment (stop warfarin and use alternative during treatment of systemic infection). Hey BalsamI have the guidance it is said we do not need a routine AB after extraction...but it is 2004Is scully more up to date?I am attaching guidance,it is very comprehensive,really nice.But would be nice to know if it is relevant...
