urgent advise please for OSCEs

can someone please provide answers/reference where to get answers to the

following questions usually askesd in OSCE

1. advising colleague for the management of an injury caused by bur/or burn to

the lip ?

(is it same as needlestick injury management?)

2. eight checks requred for relative analgesia machine /

3. Management of post operative bleeding in a patient who had extraction done

and was on warfarin

3 Risk factors for periodontitis

4 Lab instructions for partial denture design exercise ,

examination of thyroid swelling

5.In dental charting exercise ,do we have to write the conditon as we see it in

patients mouth or the chart is already filled and given to us and we have to

write it in expanded form ?

6.if a patient has prosthetic heart valve put earlier and needs exo now, do we

need to give prophylaxis?( I am not sure but i read somewhere that its given

only to those patients who are undergoing cardiac surgery for placement of

prosthetic valves ,and not any patient who hs old prosthetic valve and is coming

for exo to us)

management of pain for patient on biphosponate therapy and other precautions

regrding dental procedures?

7 what is the spacer in AED and its use ?

8 composition of soap used in surgical handwashing and composition of handrub ?

Everything will be given to you at the RCS course.

I will advice you to book yourself in the course ASAP and not to ask someone to lend you the copies as they state clearly not to do that. After all, without attending to the course the copies are useless!
