Guest guest
I have also heard that you can spritz your jars/containers with alcohol and then let them dry. This is supposed to help with sanitizing them. Hope this helps.
Guest guest
I just use alcohol for mine. I pour in the alcohol, swish it around and then dump it out. Then I let them air dry. HTH! " Great works are performed not by strength, but by perseverance. " - Anonymous How do I sanitize PET plastic jars? Hi everybody, I was hoping someone could help me out. I am putting a sugar scrub into plastic PET jars to sell. I bought the jars from a supplier. Do I need to sterilize them before I put the scrub into them? If so, how do I do that? I do not have a working dishwasher (though I think that's more for glass sterilization). I thought I had read a while back about sterilizing the plastic jars using hydrogen peroxide or alcohol? Can someone help me with this? Thanks. Debbie New for Spring! Guest guest
I forgot to add that I also rinse with water afterward so there is no residual.
