Hi Sherry,

I found a site where my exact wording was used. Just happened to be one

step above me on google. She had quoted me (no credit of course)

exactly in describing her liquid soap paste. She had also used some

info from a friends site. A little note to her about copywriter

infringement resulted in her correcting it immediately. No apology by

the way.

Your infringement is definitely more serious and deserves to be

prosecuted -- in my opinion.

I am so sorry that you have to go through this, I can tell you that I felt

similar a few months back, when a group popped up under my company

name and this woman has opened a web site under my company name in the

U.K....It sucks BIG time.

I would first suggest that you order the CD, BEFORE you do anything else,

that way you have the physical proof. If you just call them on it, then they

will remove your article, however, if this case goes any further, then the

Cd will be invaluable.

Carol, oh most definitely I ordered the CD and we shall see if they

also stole my recipes as well before I act. Some people will do

anything for the almighty dollar, eh?
