Guest guest
Hi Jess, I think it's a little unreasonable to have a product in your possesion for 10 months and then complain. Maybe you should establish a return policy. There is no telling what she has done to these items for the past 10 months and what conditions she has subjected them to. Do you have a return policy? Lucinda Urgent!!! One of my wholesale clients just called me to tell me that all the bath bombs that I sold her have lost their scent and all of the bath salts have gone rock hard! I sold everything to her in February. My bath salt recipe was 3/4 Dead Sea salts and 1/4 baking soda and fragranced with essential oils. My bath bombs were fragranced with both essential oils and fragrance and wrapped in a waxy paper. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can fix this situation???? Guest guest
Gosh that makes total sence! I guess I missed that part about how long it has been. YES, absolutely should have a return policy. Almost a year....... In your return policy you should put a shelf life on certain products also. This way when your customers product is nearing their shelf life they can start a sell on teh products to try and move them.
