It's probably the vanilla. You might look for a " non-discoloring " vanilla or

a vanilla stabilizer to add to your product or try a different fragrance.

Oatmeal color wouldn't be an issue for me, but some folks are really big on

getting things white.

Hi

Try making it without the vanilla. I suspect that is causing the colour change.

It does in other products.

yes its the vanilla that turns it dark...

was the vanilla synthetic or natural though?
