ORE Application Form, some questions...

Hi guys ,

I 'm preparing my ORE application, can you help me please?

1- Copies of my degree certificate should be translated by an English authority

or any translator of any country?

2- In section 3 (page 4 of the application) what is the awarding body,

University?

3- Concerning the Primary dental certificate: " The person certifying is either

a Notary Public, Commissioner of Oaths, Justice of the Peace or another person

entitled to practise law " From resident country? or UK representative

(ambassy..etc)?

4- Section 7 page 11: How detailed should be the description of the experience

within the box at the end of the " clinical experience reference form " .
