Guest guest
Thanks so much for all your opinions.I am really stuck on what is the right thing to do.Her school has and will always come first. She is an excellent student. We really cant afford the extra expense of a patent. If it wasnt for getting more professional looking labeling that what we can create on our computer, the whole prospect could wait. Our labels look nice but just not like bought ones.Has that ever been an issue with your products? Anne, Thanks for the generous offer to link to her site.I may seriously concider the offer.I have made web pages on free sites before, but from what comments I have read on here having someone do a paid site could be too expensive. I understand some HTML and have played around with it, and could probably figure it out.But as far as finding an inexpensive way to forgo the free sites, I dont know much about that.Another thing that concerns me is if you have a site you prob would have to be able to take credit cards and thats another expense.Ones she couldnt afford if sales didnt work out, and Im not sure how well internet sales do. One thing I have concidered is that we live in a very rural area and what ever the cousin may do, probably wouldnt affect this area.Especially since she is just selling thru one shop right now and got nice order from someone making gift baskets when they seen her product in the store. Her bowls are 24 oz that we have been selling for $8, since she only has about 3-4$ costs per bowl. I really appreciate all your helpful thoughts on the matter I am not jumping into anything.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
