Guest guest
Good Question...I have just made sure I use the word (Type) after the name of the FO...I figured that is what the company I purchased the FO from does when they sell it to me...however, now and again there is a disclamer on their website to say that though they are close, they are not really the orginial formula....or something like that. Guest guest
I was told to either rename the product entirely or if you want the fragrance to be recognized, the word " type " has to be on the front of the label, ususally beneath, or next to, the fragance name. Has anyone else heard otherwise? nne jjharr39 wrote: > Does anyone on the list sell designer type products on the web or at > your retail establishment. Guest guest
I think you can say something like : If you like Irish Spring, you'll love my Celtic Man scent. Then a note to the effect of " for descriptional purposes only " so it's clear thatt you don't claim this is Irish Spring.
