When I was a kid, my grandmother made us have past the waist hair. It

was always a terrible morning, always. I know this sounds nasty, BUT

she used to take the knots...and I mean KNOTS, not just tangles, out

by rubbing them with PEANUT BUTTER and brushing thru it. I know that

sounds awful, but that's what worked for us.

Mix some leave-in conditioner with a little water, put it in a spray bottle

and spray the knots with conditioner. Then, " pick " hairs out of the knot,

one or a couple at a time, working your way through the knot.

Good luck.. ;)

Hi Hannah...

If it is for yourself you may try adding apple cider vinegar to your

shampoo. It worked for me, but i make a liquid soap that i add it

to and do 1/2 and 1/2 with my shampoo (which is also free of

sls...) You may consider making your own conditioner. i have

developed my own line that i produce using a similar process to

lotion. email me privatley if you would like a recipe.

Peace
