Guest guest
We write with REI. They are a good company in every state. Call independent insurance agents in your yellow pages that write commercial insurance. I believe they have a web page...like... www.rei.com I have been out of the insurance loop for awhile, but I know a good agent can shop around for you. Karyn Hi- I am shopping for product liability insurance, anyone have any suggestions. Janet ===== Janet Golden --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
<<http://www.bombainsurance.com/ >> I have my RLI liability policy through Ken Bomba and am very pleased with his service. Prior to Ken, I had RLI policies through two other companies who seemed rather vague on their grasp of " home business " and RLI coverage details....made me nervous to not get straight answers. Ken stays ontop of RLI details and if I ever have a question he does not know off the top of his head, he's back to me by the end of the day with the answer. ~Carol Simply Soap ®
Guest guest
Hello, does anybody out there have any suggestions where to start looking for product liability insurance. I understand that for lotions and soaps this is difficult and expensive. My homeowners and auto ins. companies do not offer it and were not able to refer me. Also, with all the discussion on printer quality and reliability, my HP has decided not to print red. But out of couriosity, what 'programs' are you guys using to set-up or format your labels. I use Broderbund Print Shop - its okay, but..... any suggestions are appreciated. Charmaine
Guest guest
I use RLI insurance - they cover a lot of in-home businesses that produce soap & toiletries. as far as registering your business, in Pennsylvania you can do the entire thing on-line, on the PA Open for Business website. maybe you can check and see if your state has a small business website. hth, kim in PA Re: product liability insurance Hi, I haven't insured myself yet either, but I know some soapers that have recommended http://www.bombainsurance.com/ try there. I currently only make a few products (as a Hobby) and was just curious about getting product liability insurance. My current insurance company does not cover such things. Does anyone know of a good starting place to look a getting covered? I am just doing this as a hobby as I said before, so I can't afford a large premium policy. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! Kim
