Depends on your state and sometimes your city- and sometimes the specific

show.

In Georgia if you sell more than $400 product a year you are classified a

business and no longer a hobby- you have to file certain papers/licenses and

collect sales tax (% depends on your county's rate) on all sales.

Check with your local government or the city where the craft shows are being

held for local laws.

Some craft shows collect the tax for you- some have none to pay because of

their non-profit status, some require you to do the collection at their

county's rate, some have no requirements- depends on where you are and what

show.
