Has anyone ever tried to emulsify Vegetable Oil and Aloe Vera Jelly

instead of water? I am trying to make a hairdress and the water will

frizz out my hair.

I'm wondering if something like ewax only works for oil and WATER.

Anyone have any experience with this?
