Hi !

My 4-year old daughter has eczema and it has recently started to

affect her scalp. I mix aloe vera gel and olive oil in a 4 to 1

ratio (you might want to adjust for your hair type) and blend with my

hand mixer. It makes a fluffy cream and doesn't separate as long as

you blend it well enough. I just wash her hair, give her an olive

oil hot oil treatment, part her hair and apply the mixture. Works

very well and her hair is no longer dry in between washes. With any

other kind of hair oil (even carrot oil cream), her hair is dry

within 2 days.

you're very welcome! no not at all for my hair. it stays pretty moisturized

for a few days after my maintenance. i think it will just depend on your how

your hair will like the oil. i find that i can use almond oil as well. hope

this helps
