Dear colleague,The best course to do in my opinion is the Eastman Course.The whole point is to get familiar with the facilities and practice in exactly the same exam venue.They will provide you with the same instruments and burs that are given in the exam.I will do the course next week; check Eastman's course diary to find out about dates and fees.Lecturers won't make any difference at the end all that matters is to practice as much as we can.Kind regards,
