Guest guest
*lol* Nora here with the second chime my girl and I are doing our first event on the 25th. we have been running around for like the past 2 months trying to get everything set up and straightend out. one suggestion i would have is to make a little inventory list and be prepaired to take orders. good luck ~Nora In a message dated 10/14/2003 10:14:26 AM Eastern Standard Time, krimson19@... writes: > On Mon, 13 Oct 2003 18:08:59 -0600 (GMT-06:00) Kari Masoner < > rdpress@...> wrote: > >I'm chiming in with a " Me-Too. Guest guest
You ladies should do great! I have noticed that people selling $1.00-$3.00 items do very very well. People always have a few bucks in their pocket they will spend and don't mine letting go of. If the items are much more then you have to step and do your job of selling. MUCH SUCCESS to you both! Guest guest
I'm doing my first craft show at the end of November, and I'm running around with my head cut off, so I know exactly how you feel! Any advice given on how much to bring, or what other things should be brought with, would be greatly appreciated! Guest guest
It's both... It's a pagan/wiccan gathering to celebrate Samhain (pronounced 'sow-en') by honoring those loved ones who have passed on... It's aka The Witches New Year. If you want more information, you can e-mail me privately so as not to clog up the list. rdpress@... Blessed be, Kari Is it a real witch ball or just called that cause it is close to Halloween? Guest guest
Luck to you, too... As for pricing... You price what the market will bear... (I work in the Marketing Department of a major automotive parts manufacturer and have learned quite a bit about marketing.) This is what I do: Do a search via Google on bath or soap, plus your city or state. Then check out what those people are selling things for... Compare their product 'look' to your product look... Then take an average on their prices... For instance, I live in Denver, CO. I've done a search on soap and Colorado. There are half a dozen soapcrafters that pop up via Internet... I compared my product to theirs and came up with a price... Of course, there's the other way... Add up your costs, then double, then triple, then quadruple... Then, check those prices against similar product in stores in your hometown... and do an average. Kari Thank you so much...for all the good lucks and advice...and Good Luck to you Kari...I just don't know what to charge for everything...this is driving me insane...I have half my friends wanting to help out this weekend...so I have help taken care of lol That's about it lmao I don't feel like I have enough products made...how does one know when enough is enough?
