Guest guest
Hi Everyone: I've gotten a few E-mails from people asking me to remind everyone to help keep the Posts short and readable. A few suggestions: 1) Please try to delete all the " old " posts that are not related to what you are posting. That is, all the stuff that has >>>> in front of each line and gets pushed down. 2) Ideally, you'd just leave the relevant part of the post that you are responding to, and *Snip* all the rest out. This will make life a little easier for those members who receive a " Daily Digest " or who are on slow internet connections. 3) If you change the subject of a post, try to change the Subject Heading as well. For example, " Quad Exercises (was: Foot Pain) " . 4) Please try to put your new post at the top, so we know which is the new info. The exception being when you are responding to multiple questions and you try to create a " dialog " (as Ann often does). Thanks, Doug Moderator dougfromct2002@... P.S. - Please feel free to E-mail any other suggestions.
Guest guest
I guess the idea is to delete the stuff that is no longer relevant.
