STATION E...was the tooth non sensitive to hot and cold and TTP ..# 16 or # 17 ? any response will be appreciated. I had the same thing..the 17 was not sensitive to hot and cold and TTP but NO decay.. I told her it might be decay and it's not clear in the radiograph..the EPT confused me for the 4 post/. teeth.. another girl said that it's was in # 16 .. secongary caried reaches the pulp and pt. has irreversable pulpitis but she was in station B... I found it weird when people said it was irreversible pulpitis, because according to pain history and findings, it was pulp necrosis. Apparently a simple case, but not so much so.
