ANSWER- (Patient was 7-8 yr old) I wrote TOPICAL- -toothpaste (mention ppm) -F mouthwash(7yr /above) -F Varnish(PPM) Justify-1)may lead to toxicity if injudiciously used(systemic may lead to over or under use) 2)Pateint parent complaince necessary 3)All permanent teeth formed except 3rd molar Yes i would do fissure sealant.I wrote indications as well. ADVISE -is same as the advise given on first few pages(green pages) of "delivering better oral health" SAOME ONE ASKED FOR NOTES-I gave everything to a friend.
