I am sorry if someone removed your right index finger so that you cannot delete

posts after about 3 seconds of reading. It is a surprise to me that you are

able to use a computer without your right index finger. Or perhaps I am

mistaken, and you thought that I was hiding tomorrow's winning lottery numbers

at the end of some of my posts. Really, I know you think that I am all-knowing,

but I really don't have tomorrow's winning lottery numbers. So, the next time

you see one of my posts, assuming that you have a right index finger, I suggest

that you just delete my post, because it might contain some thought beyond the

superficial, as I am in the habit of thinking deeply.

I apologize to the group ahead of time and Marilyn, kick me off this group

if you see fit, but holy cow !

In this group and the other kefir group you ramble incessantly to the point it's

painful and time consuming trying to sort through your postings and commentary

on other's postings to get to good kefir info that is still here (and there).

This is not rocket science. Kefir grains in milk, wait, strain and repeat. It

almost always is that simple!

I know I'm sounding rude and usually am never rude but all of this is enough to

remove myself from both groups and I really shouldn't have to.
