I'm not Carol, but I got mine at a Fred Meyer store. This chain has large

nursery lots with annuals and vegetable starts. Mine grow great in pots, in

fact I think they grow better in pots than in the ground. They seem to get

leggy in the ground.

Found my plants at the local Country Max nursery/garden center. They are a

first for me so I don't know yet how well they do in pots...need to do more

research.

I make muffins a lot.  Instead of sugar in the recipe I add fruit.  For example on the package of Bob's Mill flax seed meal there is a recipe for muffins that has sugar in it.  I leave out the sugar and add a banana and a cup of blueberries.  The recipe already has 2 apples and the muffins are very sweet, you don't miss the sugar at all.

I buy NuSweet liquid stevia for sweetening coffee or tea and it does not taste bitter at all.

I looked at the link for Ideal Sweet.  I never heard of that before.
