There has been another change in my kefir - it's stringy. It strains out in

strands. I need to know if it is still good. And BTW, Marilyn, I only have

about 1/2 tsp in quantity, they don't seem to be growing. You sent me the dried

version. Wish I could get my hands on some regular milk grains here in Calgary,

Canada. I'll try to do a search.

Hey Barbara,

I'm in Calgary and I can share some grains with you as soon as mine start

growing which they are not doing a lot of because I have changed to raw

milk. So this may take a while but know that I'll have some to share soon

enough.

Thanks Marilyn....I did a Kijiji search and now have a lady to get some from.

Yours are doing fine now, less ropey. I'm anxious to get some mature grains just

to watch them grow like all of you are complaining about, haha!
