Kefir sources

In my mind there are two issues here - we need the beneficial

bacteria that kefir provides - some more than others - getting

them from ANY source is better than not getting them - grocery

store or raw goats milk - although raw goats milk is much

preferable, any source is much better than not getting them at all

The other issue is nutritional - obviously goats milk is hands

down the better of the two IF we can get it

I think it is a dis-service to people new to this to imply

that anything less than the best is trash ! Get the beneficial

bacteria of kefir any way you can - and make better choices as

they are available
