Guest guest
I will be getting some MKG grains probably today - the only source of milk I have that is dependable is " grocery store milk " - however ... every day I see more that points to raw goats milk as being nutritionally superior in every way Here is my question - is there any problem with switching between grocery store milk and raw goats milk as available ? In other words, use grocery store milk when I can't get goats milk and switch over to goats milk for a day, or a week - whatever - as it is available ? I want to keep a steady supply of going of kefir, from whatever source I can make it - then use the goats milk for its superior nutritional benefits when available Thanks !
