Guest guest
>Hello Marilyn, I have just read your post on using essential oils of lemon and orange. I run a soap shop and have essential oils always at my finger tips but never thought of or even knew I could use them in kefir! I bring kefir to lunch each day and just popped in a couple of orange drops (kefir lunch had peaches, spirolina & sweetener.) It was terrific. Thank you ShirleyC
