This is the same brand I use, but from a different site (same prices). I ordered the intro pack and got the fine granulated, the crystals (which are beautiful and I put them in a glass canister, I will use them in a bath soon), also rec'd the book I mentioned. I think those crystal salts are beautiful as well...what gets me is that its absorbed on the cellular level and that in itself helps us absorb the nutrients that we need from the foods we consume, including KT! Do you know what a baby huey is?
