Guest guest Posted December 6, 2011 Report Share Posted December 6, 2011 Due to severe health problems, I have decided to adhere to a restrictive diet for the next 6 weeks, which does not allow Milk Kefir or cheese. (Heartbreaking - I know!) I need to figure what to do to keep my MKGs happy. I made Kefir cheese before, and just LOVED the taste. Does it keep well when frozen?
