Guest guest
Hey Everyone, Had a great batch of Kefir this morning from yesterday morning split. Was suprised that I had about an inch of whey on the bottom of the qt jar, especially since I had cut the amount of grains by 1/3rd. Either way it was my best batch yet. My question is, does anyone have a ballpark idea of the caloric amount in a cup of finished product that used whole milk? I added frozen blueberries and bananas and some of my honey and it was a wonderful breakfast drink. The add ins are easy to calculate, just dont know about the Kefir. Thanks,
