Guest guest
Hi, I'm new to the forum but not to kefir. I used to have milk kefir grains 2 years ago but I accidentally contaminated them and didn't know if I could clean them properly, so I threw them away. I'm missing my kefir so much and don't want to go thru the month startup time it takes with dehydrated kefir grains and need to start right away because of my candida. I'm looking to find someone who lives in the local area who has been growing their grains in organic raw milk and is willing to share some. I'm a little northeast of Albany, NY. Thanks, Al
