Can we get off this bent about this milk or that milk and which is better or

whatever! and get back to kefir making ..either water or milk kefir??

IMO what milk you use is YOUR preference and we could go on debating what is

better or ?? But the bottom line is what YOU prefer to use for you and

yours. Discussing the differences of the end product is helpful ..period.

There is nothing wrong with discussing quality of milk. Quality of milk

determines quality of kefir

Allergies to food are digestive issues

There is raw milk everywhere you go in Michigan; you just don't have a

connection yet

Kat,

We have " Delete " buttons on just about every email client. If you don't, I

suggest that you order some from your friendly, local computer programmer. They

can't be too expensive. They really work great. You just click on the " Delete "

button and the unwanted email disappears, like magic.

I labeled that email perfectly right on. I get dozens of email every day from

various listservs that I am not really interested in, and I just delete them.

I think that the type of milk is important. Many other people also think that

the type of milk is important. You may be alone in your thinking that the type

of milk doesn't matter. Some people have reported that ultra-pasteurized milk

will kill the milk kefir grains; I guess that is important.
