I'd like to thank whoever posted about making sour cream using kefir grains. I

put about a teaspoon of milk kefir grains in 1 cup raw cream. The cream from

this particular dairy is quite runny. I let it kefir until it just started to

thicken (roughly about 12 hours) and then put it in the refrigerator. It

thickened more in the fridge and has come out great 2 times already.
