Grind up extra grains with the stabber and put em in your smoothie but only use a little bit at a time. A little will be creamy but a lot will be slimy. They seem to be made of long carbohydrate chains and can be very tough to liquefy. A few solutions for goaty flavor: Lower temp, maybe cover with ice pak. Reduce amount of grains, see above. Using a tiny amount of grains, add the cow milk and before brewing is complete add more milk. This way all the sweetness is not used up.
