Guest guest
Good Morning all! I have been looking for things to do with kefir and came across the site I previously put in a different post. I started thinking (oh no right? ahaha) Well, if one cooks with kefir won't it kill all of the goodies we're trying to get from it? If so, what would be the point of cooking with it? Thanks in advance for your wisdom on this
Guest guest
Hi , All the probiotics will be lost when you cook with kefir. Kefir is just as good as buttermilk as far as making tender pancakes for example. There is a place for cooking with kefir.
