Guest guest
Good Afternoon Group, I make my own kefir from grains I purchased from Marilyn and they are growing like crazy. I have a few kefir questions if you don't mind. How much kefir can one safely consume in a day? Can you drink to much? Is it safe for diabetics? Can it CAUSE constipation? Thank you

Guest guest
Hi , Probiotics help with digestive function, including regularity, but everyone's system is different. How you know is the same as how you know how any food effects you: trail and error. Ev
Guest guest
Thank you Marilyn.........You're a peach! > Hi Marilyn, > > > Can you drink to much? > > yes ...........HOW WILL YOU KNOW IF YOU DRINK TO MUCH. I THOUGHT KEFIR WAS > SAFE. > It is just as safe as the next food. You can get too much of anything. Your body will tell you if you've had too much. > > > > Yes............IT WAS MY UNDERSTANDING IT WILL KEEP YOU REGULAR? > It can. Or it can do the opposite if your magnesium is low by nature of the milk which already has an overbalance of calcium to magnesium by 7:1. I tell people to take more magnesium if the kefir is constipating. Marilyn > >
