Guest guest Posted November 28, 2010 Report Share Posted November 28, 2010 I don't like the feeling I get from the alcohol in the water kefir. I feel like I'm drinking everyday. I'm not a drinker, so even a small amount has an effect on me. I feel very sleepy. Is there a way to eliminate some of the alcohol? I also heard that you shouldn't drink water kefir with carbs.
