Guest guest
Refined white sugar is actually just fine for fermenting kefir. (Cheaper too) the kefir consumes it, not us. The only downside is that overtime it may not be as healthy as organic cane sugar for the grains due to the bleaching process. - Sent via DROID on Verizon Wireless kefir/sugar question If I have to use white sugar with my water grains, will it hurt them till I can pick some up Saturday?
