Guest guest Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 I was checking out that lacto-fermentation link and I was wondering if one could use the water kefir instead of the whey for those recipes. Anyone try it? Also is there a way to get the really fizzy water kefir without it tasting so much like vinegar? Am I just waiting too long in the first process?
