Just re-read this and realised I left a word out -

Should read " Put this into a plastic DVD *case* for protection and then into

a strong envelope for mailing. "

For mailing - simply put a tablespoon of grains inside a zip seal sandwich

bag with a teaspoon or so of your usual milk. Seal it and then put this in

another sealed zip bag for leak proofing. Put this into a plastic DVD for

protection and then into a strong envelope for mailing.

They will be ok for any reasonable delivery time so long as it is not

midsummer when high temperatures might kill the grains if a mailbox is in

direct sun.
