Yes, that would be my -who is hopelessly behind on email at the moment.

's knee is still what I would call festering. I put peroxide and

alcohol on it per the hem's advice and it got better, then worse, and I kept

on doing it. It seems to be healing okay-just one spot that is oozing and

festering, as I call it. But NOTHING like what it was on Wednesday night.

He fell at the gym today and it started bleeding AGAIN---- he had jeans on,

too! So we washed it up and are hoping it heals without a problem.

Peace Be With You,

I have been culturing kefir for several weeks now and everything has been fine.

The consistency of the finished product has been just fine and creamy and the

taste pleasant with just a bit of tang.

Two days ago everything seems to have " gone south " . The grains seem just fine

but the resulting culture is quite different. It is very thin and not creamy at

all. Curds are forming around the grains but the milk remains virtually

unchanged.

I use powered milk and up to now have had excellent results.

Anyone have a similar problem? Anyone have a solution (more important)?
