Water Kefir after taste & Making Kefir Juices

I wondered if anyone notices the aftertaste that water kefir has and if there is

a way of eliminating or controlling it. I tried making lemonaid and grape

juice-soda an it all has that strange taste at the end so no one wants to drink

it but me and sometimes it gets to me a little too. I really want to make juices

and soda's my kids will like.
