Guest guest Posted March 24, 2011 Report Share Posted March 24, 2011 I have been reading about bottles exploding. Do I keep it cloth covered for the 1st ferment, then tightly capped for the 2nd? And, how much air space should I leave for both ferments. What about the caps that let some gas escape, is that a good idea?
