Hi, all, I'm new here and still reading up on the art of kefir making. While I

am waiting for my kefir grains to arrive, can I make kefir by adding some

's Organic Kefir to milk? If so, how much and for how long?

Thanks,

Hydie

Hi,

own my own small farm and goats, miniature cow, grow all my

own fruits and veggies, make my own fermented foods.

put on myself, two of the many are making goats-milk and

other kinds of healthy high-quality soaps, and making my own

skin care.

end ingredients, like the newer nano and stem cell

ingredients from the biotech companies. But only if these

ingredients are safe and healthy.

Hope to share grains with others someday.

won't have to go empty-handed to visit friends and family.

My mom always says, " Never(!!) go empty-handed " . I still

hear those words ringing in my head, and I've got five

grandchildren.
