Guest guest Posted March 4, 2011 Report Share Posted March 4, 2011 I forgot and left a bottle of water kefir for its second fermentation longer than a few days (more like 5). The plastic bottle turned hard as a rock and spewed when I opened it and smelled like rotten eggs. Needless to say, I tossed it. But what happened to it?
