Guest guest Posted December 21, 2010 Report Share Posted December 21, 2010 I feel like a murderer. It was thanksgiving and the oven was on all day long. There was this strange fruity smell wafting through the air and lo and behold my Water Kifer grains were stewing on top of the oven with the raisins I had added nice and plump floating on the top. I got a lot of water kifer out of the ole girl and the little ones were mulitplying. We had some good times together.I was so proud since they were my first. Oh well, lesson learned. And now it's time to order more. Maybe it's a good idea not to store your kifer grains on the top of your stove.
