Guest guest Posted January 10, 2011 Report Share Posted January 10, 2011 Hi everyone, My kefir has been making so much that I'm trying to find new things to do with it besides drinking a 1/2 a gallon of kefir smoothies each day...lol I have already given some grains to a friend and am going to give a second batch to a second friend. I thought I'd share this site with you in case you're having the same problems. http://chikouskyfarms.com/article/11/kefir-bread I have already made this bread twice. the first time I accidentally forgot about it and fermented it for 3 days. My daughter said it tastes like cheeseits..lol The second time I did it right. I did not have to wait for my bread to look as burnt as the site shows.
