My son visited from college over the holidays for three weeks and I ditched my

low-carb eating so I could play Mom and make his favorite meals. The cornbread,

biscuits, pancakes and waffles I made while he was here sure were delicious

using kefir.

I wish I had known about kefir when he was younger and I wasn't low-carb!

recipe. Like buttermilk, kefir gives bread or cake " a more tender crumb " as they

say.

Ronna;

How well does kefir work with your low-carb program in general?
