Cheeto's smelling kefir

Hello

Well I gave my grains a 24 hour bath in a mix of equal parts baking soda and

salt. They are doing great! No Cheeto smell and tastes wonderful.

Also the advice about waiting longer for the kefir did the trick. We waited

48 instead of 24 hours on the second fermentation and we have fizz and nice

kefir zip.

Thank you for all the help!!
