When the kefir is yeasty or cheesy (taste and smell) is it bad for you or just

not palatable? Is it still healthy to drink or is it harmful yeast or bacteria?

Thanks,

Beth

It should be just fine -- you know, you can make cheese out of kefir just be

draining and straining it for a few days.

I taste tested as I was first nurturing grains. I didn't get sick at all. It

just wasn't the most pleasant of tastes, but now, as the grains have started

reproducing and growing, it is wonderful!

Peace,

Karin
