Hello! I'm brand new to drinking kefir. My first batch of grains are in the

mail, coming soon.

Perhaps this is s weird question, but maybe someone has some input??

Thinking of the probiotic benefits, is there a " best " time to drink kefir??

Say, like, right before you eat, or after you eat, or first thing in the morning

on an empty stomach, or sipped throughout the day, or, etc. Do you know what

I'm trying to ask?
